From your words to a stitched piece

Each piece is embroidered after you order it, in a family-run studio in Frisco, Texas.

    Text, thread, font and any piece-specific fields — all on the product page, before Add to Cart.

  3. Stitched to order

    Your details reach the studio in readable form and the piece is embroidered in Texas.

    Orders ship in 5–7 days. Carrier transit follows the shipment.

How does personalization work?

You choose the piece, then complete its required product choices and personalization details on that piece's page. Those details travel with the order in readable form to the studio.

When do I choose my personalization?

Before you add the piece to your cart. Checkout is not where details are entered — everything is captured on the product page, and required choices must be complete first.

Is the on-page preview exact?

No. The preview is approximate. It is not an exact rendering of the finished piece, its placement, its sizing, or the production stitch file.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship in 5–7 days. That is a ship-by window rather than a delivery date — carrier transit follows the shipment.

Can I order for a group?

Group quantities, and requests outside the standard offering, go through an assisted bulk or custom request. Scope, pricing and timing are handled in that conversation and quoted separately.
