Since every piece is made to order, production begins shortly after you check out. If you need to cancel, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to accommodate — after that, we may have already started on your order.

The personalization details you submit at checkout are yours to own — please double-check every name, spelling, and color selection before completing your purchase. We embroider exactly what you give us, so accuracy matters.
