Production Time

Before your order ships, it needs to be made. Production times vary by product:

• Standard orders: 1–5 business days
• Bulk or custom orders (5+ pieces): 7–14 business days
• Rush orders: Add the rush fee at checkout if the expected delivery doesn't meet your date

Shipping

We ship from Frisco, Texas via USPS or FedEx depending on size and destination.

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after production
• Expedited: Available at checkout
• International: We ship worldwide — transit times vary by destination

A note on international orders

Once shipped, your order passes through customs before it reaches you. We get your order out on time — but customs clearance is handled entirely by your local authority and can vary significantly.

• Customs fees and import duties may apply — set by your local government, not us
• Ordering for a specific date? Build in extra buffer time
